Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery

• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address (name, street, postal code, apartment, etc.).
• If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed, the customer may incur additional shipping charges.
